We started putting up decorations for Christmas and the kids are so enjoying Zart, our Elf on the Shelf. They both love trying to spot him each morning. Jack walks around and pauses to point and wave at him at least 10 times daily. Carter has already asked Zart politely to bring him a Dinoco helicopter and a Mack truck. He has told Zart that Jack wants an orangutan and chimpanzee. We are not sure why Jack wants those, except that he is rather fond of monkeys as he sleeps with one and he can make their sound when you ask him "What does a monkey say?" Jack loudly answers with a "oo-oo-oo-ee-ee-ee"! I'll try to get a picture of our beloved Zart soon.
