Happy Halloween!

Carter & Jack so enjoyed halloween this year. Carter was a lion & Jack a red crayon. Both costumes were hand-me-downs from Mimi's collections. Carter thought trick or treating was pretty neat and Jack just couldn't wait to get out of the stroller and into the action!

Playgroup Halloween Party

Our neighborhood playgroup had our annual Halloween party this week. Carter had a blast enjoying all of the "treats". Not sure he even played at all...he just parked himself at the table and chowed. (An indication of how much he gets junk food!).

Hiking

We took the kids for a little hike this weekend as well. Carter loved exploring and picking up as many rocks/sticks as possible. Jack was as content as can be in his backpack....just enjoyed the ride! The way back, we were in a little more of a hurry so Dad carried Carter and Mom had Jack in the backpack.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch this weekend with the boys. They loved it!

Myrtle Beach

Carter had been asking to go to the beach so Mark had Columbus day off and we decided to go for it. We had a blast! Carter enjoyed digging in the sand and searching for seashells. Jack loved cruising in the sand and was the only one who enjoyed the freezing cold water. He laughed every time it touched his little feet!

Tulsa Trip

Carter & Jack and I headed to Tulsa for a great visit this month. We got to spend lots of time with Mimi & the cousins! As an added bonus we had a fun playdate with Lucy & Lola.
